Orders & Pre-Orders
- Acceptance:All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Pre-Orders:If you place a pre-order (including via crowdfunding campaigns), you acknowledge that shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to delays due to production or logistics.
- Pricing:Prices are displayed in the currency selected but processed in the store's base currency unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout (e.g., Apple Pay, PayPal). Payment is debited at the time of order placement. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated timestamps are provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. We have no control over these charges.
Delivery Issues
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. However, we will assist in resolving delivery disputes where possible.
