Yes. The movement keeps accurate mechanical time. The difference is only in the way the time is displayed.
Unlike a traditional minute hand, the single hour hand moves continuously throughout the day. This is completely normal and is how single-hand watches are designed.

How to Set Your Montero Arabic Watch

- Pull the crown to Position 1
- Rotate clockwise to move the GMT hand in 1-hour increments
- Set it to a second time zone of your choice
